Are you a CJ resident looking to make friends and get a great workout? We’re hosting a FREE Community Class for Carl Junction residents.
This is a small group class where we teach Jiu Jitsu for beginners from 5:00 to 6:30 pm.
Non-Residents are welcome to join for a small fee of $10 per class.

Do I Have to Be a Member of CJAJJ?
You do not need to be a member of CJ American Jiu Jitsu to participate. This is a free class for Carl Junction residents. It is $10 for non-residents.
What Should I Expect From Class?
The first 30 minutes or so we teach a lesson and drill technique. Next we move to positional rounds where you try the technique against a lightly resisting partner. After that we have live rolling (sparring) rounds for those who want to test their skills.
What Should I Wear/Bring?
Athletic wear like shorts and a t-shirt are fine. You can wear a rashguard if you have one. Water and a small towel are also recommended.
Where Are You Located?
We are in Carl Junction just down the hill from the Bulldog Drive-in. The address is provided upon registration as we are not open to the public, but by registration only.
Do I Need to Have Experience?
You do NOT need to have experience. You also do NOT have to be in shape already.
